The RV had leaked through the roof and trapped water in the carpet, giving it a musty smell we couldn't shake off, no matter how much we cleaned it. The RV is in desperate need of a facelift-as much of the fabric on the couch and window coverings look like something even my great great great grandma wouldn't be caught sitting on.
So, what has this got to do with your house or real estate? Take from it what you will.
